Project Overview

To comprehensively enhance site security management, traffic efficiency, and overall corporate image, Command provided a textile manufacturing company with an integrated smart gatehouse solution and physical perimeter fencing products. By deploying high-quality perimeter protection systems, we established a reliable, intelligent, and highly efficient security framework for the facility’s boundaries. The main entrance features a segregated design for vehicular and pedestrian/non-motorized traffic, ensuring orderly flow and safety at the entry and exit points. The vehicular lanes are equipped with smart boom barriers and electric sliding gates, while the pedestrian lanes utilize electric folding swing gates; the physical perimeter barrier consists of welded wire mesh security fencing.

Featuring a robust structure, these gates offer excellent wind resistance and structural durability. They incorporate intelligent control systems—supporting various opening methods such as remote control and sensor activation—and operate smoothly with minimal noise. Optimized for space efficiency, the folding design minimizes the footprint required for opening while maximizing the effective width of the passageway; this configuration also offers superior anti-tailgating capabilities, making it ideally suited for facility entrances dedicated to pedestrian and non-motorized traffic.

Additionally, for the non-motorized vehicle and pedestrian lanes, we provided integrated facial recognition terminals. These devices boast rapid recognition speeds and high accuracy rates, enabling instantaneous linkage with the folding swing gates to grant access within seconds—thereby eliminating the need for traditional access cards or physical keys and ensuring a more efficient flow of traffic. Command’s facial recognition terminals operate stably around the clock, supporting recognition even in backlit conditions or at night via supplementary lighting. They remain undeterred by rain, snow, or the complex environmental conditions typical of industrial facilities. The system features intelligent management capabilities, ensuring all data is fully traceable; it automatically records personnel entry/exit information and timestamps, allowing administrators to view data in real-time via the backend interface and export it with a single click, thereby standardizing personnel management procedures. These terminals can be seamlessly integrated with boom barriers, access control systems, and automated doors to enable automatic unlocking/lifting via facial recognition, creating a unified, intelligent access control ecosystem.

The intelligent boom barrier is designed for the smart management of vehicle entrances and exits, facilitating unmanned, automated vehicle passage. It is equipped with an integrated license plate recognition unit that combines recognition, control, and display functions into a single device, boasting high recognition accuracy and rapid response times. The system features multiple safety mechanisms—including an “anti-smash” rebound function—to prevent damage to vehicles or injury to individuals. It supports automatic barrier lifting, data logging, and fee collection, making it ideally suited for environments with high-frequency vehicle traffic.

It enables unmanned operation, automatic release, and “frictionless” vehicle passage; furthermore, by linking with access control and surveillance systems, it establishes a comprehensive entrance and exit management framework.

For the vehicle access lanes, Command’s electric sliding gates were selected to provide a perfect balance between an impressive aesthetic appearance and exceptional durability. Featuring a trackless cantilever design, the gate body lacks a bottom rail—preventing dust accumulation and jamming—and imposes minimal requirements on the ground surface. The gate’s bottom beam is constructed from high-strength, corrosion-resistant manganese steel and treated with multiple anti-corrosion processes, ensuring an exceptionally long service life. Operation is remarkably stable, powered by a dedicated motor that ensures smooth opening and closing, and is capable of accommodating extra-wide access lanes.
