Mesh Connection

The integrated design of the column is connected to the mesh with dedicated cards and anti-theft bolts, which has strong anti-theft function.

Surface Treatment(Anti-rust Treatment)

The substrate is hot-dip galvanized with a zinc coating of 80-120g/m ², and the outer coating is sprayed with polyester electrostatic powder with a coating thickness of 100-120um. There are over 200 colors available in the RAL color series; The entire component is hot-dip galvanized with a zinc coating of 550g/m ².

Installation Method

	Step 1: Install Post Cap for dust and water protection
	Step 2:Column installation Insert the post into the pre-drilled hole in the foundation. The pre-drilled hole size is Ø 150 * 350 mm; Use a spirit level to align the post along the axis of the wall and in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the wall.
	Step 3:Column Fixing After the posts are aligned, secure them by wedging triangular wooden wedges on both sides of the posts along the fence axis; Ensure that the distance between the top elevation of the posts and the elevation of the foundation surface is equal to the fence installation height;
	Step 4:Mesh Panel Installation Insert the wire mesh panel into the mounting slots of the posts, and pull the panel taut outwards; Attach the temporary fixing clips between the posts and the mesh panel to take up the slack and tighten the gap between the panel and the posts.
	Step 5: Column installation Insert the wire mesh into the mounting slot of the post and pull the mesh taut outwards; Secure the temporary fixing clips between the post and the wire mesh to tighten the gap between them.
	Step 6: Column fixing and alignment Align the structure using a spirit level along the axis of the perimeter wall and in the direction perpendicular to that axis. Once the posts have been aligned, secure and brace them tightly on both sides—along the axis of the perimeter wall—using triangular wooden wedges.

Corner Installation Method

No separate corner support is required;
Can rotate at any angle from 45° to 135°;

Step Installation Method

The step height difference can be in 100 mm modules, such as 100, 200, or 300 mm;
The step posts need to be lengthened to correspond to the height difference;
The step posts need to be installed on the lower elevation foundation surface.
