Our Ordering Process
As a high-end fencing manufacturer, we maintain a strict and professional process to ensure that every project receives the highest quality products and service. Please carefully review the steps before placing your order or RFQ:
- Company Verification – Provide your real company details and a brief introduction (location, industry, job title).
- Project Scenario – Share your intended application, project timeline, and usage requirements.
- Specifications & Drawings – Submit detailed requirements, parameters, and, if possible, original drawings, including quality standards and quantities via WhatsApp:+86 138 1087 4664 or click WhatsApp to add us.
- Quotation – Based on the above information, we will prepare an accurate quotation (CIF, FOB, etc.). The more precise and genuine the details, the more accurate our offer will be.
- Agreement & Payment – Once both parties confirm the terms, payment is made against the Proforma Invoice (PI), and production will proceed.
