Introduction
Constructed with cold-formed I-shaped posts and 2D double horizontal wire welded mesh, this fence features a simple and elegant design with dynamic, smooth lines. The integrated design of the post connects to the mesh through dedicated interlocks and anti-theft bolts, allowing the system to adapt seamlessly to uneven terrain and installation at various angles. The product supports both push-type installation and a two-step installation process where posts are installed first, followed by the mesh, ensuring convenience and efficiency.

Mesh Connection

Surface Treatment(Anti-rust Treatment)
Class1:The substrate is hot-dip galvanized with a zinc coating of 80-120g/m ², and the outer coating is sprayed with polyester electrostatic powder with a coating thickness of 100-120um. There are over 200 colors available in the RAL color series;
Class1:The entire component is hot-dip galvanized with a zinc coating of 550g/m ².

Installation Method

Step 2: Install the Fence Posts
- Set each post into the preformed foundation hole, which shall have a nominal size of 150 mm in diameter and 350 mm in depth.
- Verify and adjust the post’s plumb using a spirit level in both the line of the fence and perpendicular to it.

Step 4: Install Fence Panels
- Position the fence panels vertically on both sides of the post, maintaining a clearance of 50 mm or 100 mm above ground level according to the design drawings;
- Secure all components using connectors, carriage bolts, and other standard fittings in accordance with the specified installation sequence.
Step 5: Post Alignment and Final Securing
- Check the post alignment using a spirit level, both along the fence line and perpendicular to the fence line;
- After the post has been aligned, secure both sides of the post along the fence line with triangular wooden wedges;
- Once all fence panels and posts are correctly positioned, tighten all carriage bolts and snap off all breakaway nuts.
Corner Installation Method
- Position the post at a 45° angle.
Step Installation Details
- The step height difference shall be a multiple of 100 mm, e.g., 100 mm, 200 mm, 300 mm.
- Step posts shall be extended by the corresponding height difference value.
- Step posts shall be installed on the foundation surface at the lower elevation.
