Introduction
This fence system is composed of cold-formed square shaped posts and 358 welded mesh, offering exceptional resistance to riots, cutting, and disassembly. The integrated design of the posts connects securely to the mesh through dedicated interlocks and anti-theft bolts, ensuring adaptability to uneven terrain and versatile installation angles. The product supports flexible installation methods, including push-type assembly or sequential installation of posts followed by the mesh, providing a convenient and efficient setup process.

Surface Treatment(Anti-rust Treatment)
A. Hot Dipped galvanized(80-120g/m²) + Polyester Powder Coated (All colors in Ral)
B. Hot Dipped galvanized(275/500/610/m²)
The substrate is hot-dip galvanized with a zinc coating of 80-120g/m ², and the outer coating is sprayed with polyester electrostatic powder with a coating thickness of 100-120um. There are over 200 colors available in the RAL color series;
The entire component is hot-dip galvanized with a zinc coating of 550g/m ².

Installation Method
Step 2: Post Installation
- Insert the post into the pre-drilled hole in the foundation. The pre-drilled hole size is Ø 150 * 350 mm;
- Use a spirit level to align the post along the axis of the wall and in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the wall.
Step 3: Post Anchoring
- Once the posts have been aligned, secure them firmly in place by driving triangular wooden wedges on both sides of each post, along the axis of the perimeter wall.
- 2Ensure that the vertical distance between the top of each post and the upper surface of its foundation corresponds exactly to the specified installation height of the fencing.
Step 4: Mesh Panel Installation
- Attach the mesh panel beams to the sides of the mesh panel; once the position has been measured and verified, secure them using bolts and accompanying fittings. Final adjustments and tightening of all connections should be performed collectively after the installation of the upright posts is complete.
Step 5: Post Installation
- Overlap the mesh panels on both sides of the post, position them correctly, place the pressure plate over them, and align the bolt holes.
- Insert carriage bolts through the holes in the pressure plate, the mesh panels, and the post; then, secure them using shear nuts. Once all posts have been positioned, tighten all the shear nuts simultaneously.
Step 6: Post Installation and Alignment
- Align the posts using a spirit level, checking both along the axis of the perimeter fence and in the direction perpendicular to it.
- Once the posts have been aligned, secure and wedge them firmly in place by inserting triangular wooden wedges on both sides of each post, along the axis of the fence.
- After adjusting the positions of all mesh panels and posts, tighten all carriage bolts and uniformly snap off the shear nuts.
Corner Installation Procedure
- The installation method for corners is identical to that of end posts.
Staircase Installation Procedure
- The vertical rise of the staircase may be based on a 100 mm module (e.g., 100 mm, 200 mm, 300 mm).
- The staircase posts must be extended by a length corresponding to the specific vertical rise.
- The staircase posts must be installed on the foundation surface at the lower elevation.
